Steven Bravato has been a paralegal since 1987, beginning his career working in Securities, Blue Sky and Corporate Law. He spent a number of years working in the field of Class Action Securities, Consumer Rights and Antitrust, as well as working alongside trademark counsel in servicing and maintaining active U.S and international trademarks. Currently, his work is concentrated in the fields of Corporate Law, Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Private Equity, Commercial Real Estate, Loan Workouts and Securities.
Steven earned his B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University.
