Rona represents a broad range of clients both in and out of court, concentrating her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and loan workout, including collection and bankruptcy proceedings, lender liability, fraudulent transfer and preference claims, and commercial disputes involving commercial and real estate contracts, property development, business investments, corporate governance, and business torts.
Before joining the firm, Rona was a partner at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP in Philadelphia. In addition, Rona has experience and training in the areas of mediation and arbitration and serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Commerce Program for the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. She currently serves as Vice President of a residential condominium association and has also held leadership positions on various other nonprofit boards.
